GALILAYA REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
Galilaya Online offers a refund and returns policy that lasts for 14 days(2 weeks). If more than 14 days elapse from the date of your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some products are exempt from being returned. Fragile goods such as screen guards cannot be returned and therefore the customer must thoroughly check the product to confirm whether it conforms to the one ordered

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit account again.
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once you have informed the Galilaya online team about the possible reason for the return of the package, re-organize and place the package back in its original packaging(because we do not have the original packaging).
Please ensure that the packaging is unsealed in a proper manner and clean.
Prepare the receipt that shows the proof of purchase.
NOTE: No item will be accepted without the proof of purchase.
Drop- off
Provide the package as discussed with our agent to the dispatcher availed to as per terms discussed.
Payment will be refunded on spot with confirmation from our dispatcher.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
